Compensation and Benefits Manager Role

The Compensation and Benefits Manager plays a vital role in shaping the organization's compensation and benefits strategies to enhance internal equity, market competitiveness, and overall business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead market analysis for the APJ region, assessing compensation surveys to develop pay ranges and update strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to maintain competitive practices.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team in managing global merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including budget planning, systems updates, training, reporting, and approval process support.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
  • Collaborate with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Develop and deliver training and communications on various compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
  • Utilize tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, aligning systems with compensation and benefits needs in accordance with the technology roadmap.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along, and drive change throughout the organization.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
