Job Title: Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of total rewards, including salary structure design, salary reviews, market benchmarking, and competitiveness studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall strategy
  • Design and maintain salary structures, salary scales, and benefit plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with local employment laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in HR Related field / Business Admin or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in total rewards, including salary structure design, salary reviews, market benchmarking, and competitiveness studies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
