Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with progressive wage model.
- Manage employee benefits, including medical, health insurance, and work injury compensation.
- Administer leave policies and submit government-paid leaves as required.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and reward distribution.
- Partner with stakeholders on compensation and benefits matters.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
