Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our employee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of benefits. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify trends in compensation and benefits data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse compensation and benefits data to recommend improvements to our overall rewards strategy
  • Liaise with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure accurate delivery of benefits
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation-related queries and issues
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
  • No experience needed, but meticulousness is essential
