**Jenga Corp is among the top 5 fastest-growing one-stop professional services for global finance and fintech business. We are looking for an Human Resources Assistant who has experience in Compensation and Benefits.
**About the role**:

- Define fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits packages that fit and is aligned to Jenga’s strategy and business goals while retaining top talent;
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives;
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations;
- Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees;
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications;
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits and ensure Jenga is competitively positioned;
- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics;
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices;
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports;

**You should have**:

- Education in human resources, business administration or finance;
- Proven working experience in Compensation and Benefits;
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles;
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
- High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment;
- Strong service orientation in responding to customer needs;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the clients);
