Compensation & Benefits Manager

You will provide internal consulting and responsible for the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of Compensation & Benefits programs and processes in the SEA region. Our C&B programs are designed to be market competitive and internally aligned with business goals.
- Provide education and guidance on compensation issues, which allow management to effectively attract, retain and reward their employees in line with the Company's pay-for-performance philosophy.
- May coordinate the administration of additional programs, such as stock options, perquisites, outplacement, relocation or other regional benefit programs.
- Select and participate in compensation/benefits surveys and analyzes survey results to assess the competitiveness of internal practices.
- Create ad-hoc reports as necessary to meet senior management’s and HR Business Partners’ information/analysis requests.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 4 years of solid compensation & benefits experience, focusing on the SEA region, particularly Singapore and/or Malaysia.
- Solid foundation in compensation theories and practices.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong management through collaboration and negotiation and the ability to influence and advise in a matrix environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team member.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
