Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation and benefits administration for our employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee compensation, including overtime payments, claims, incentives, allowances, and approved payments.
  • Conduct regular payroll runs and post transactions into our system.
  • Prepare detailed salary reconciliation reports for management review.
  • Develop and maintain Payroll Monthly Reports for department heads, highlighting key metrics such as overtime, man-hours, payroll costs, and headcounts.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, including CPF, IR8A, and IR21 submissions.
  • Liaise with our finance team and external auditors on payroll-related matters.
  • Process government-related claims, such as NS Reservist, maternity leave, and child care leave claims.
  • Provide payroll data for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Offer administrative support for daily activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of manpower regulations, including Employment Act, CPF Act, and tax laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
