Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function.

About the Role:

The Compensation and Benefits Professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our organization's C&B programs. This role involves key responsibilities in ensuring the smooth execution of annual compensation cycles, including the administration of merit increments and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of C&B frameworks and schemes to attract and retain talent.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including simulating merit increment and performance bonus calculations, preparing communication materials for stakeholders, and compiling and validating performance bonus and merit increment data.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide data-driven insights for enhancing C&B strategies.
  • Support job evaluation exercises, contributing to the analysis of benchmarking data to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or a related HR function.
  • Familiarity with rewards methodologies such as job evaluation and salary benchmarking is advantageous.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to handle data and produce actionable recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and adopts a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
