As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and mapping the market, winning contracts, and growing the business in your region.
You will collaborate closely with senior executives to execute a comprehensive business growth strategy.
Your key responsibilities include conducting market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
You will develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Building a strong client base pipeline for short-term immediate results and sustained business growth is crucial.
You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales growth, and track key performance indicators for data-driven decision-making.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A Master's degree in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
You should possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Specifically, at least 5 years of experience in catering companies, banquet sales in hotels, facility management, or outsourced B2B services business would be ideal.
