Industrial Catering Market Growth Strategist

As a Business Development Manager at our fast-growing, tech-driven and automated Central Kitchen and Industrial Catering organization in Chennai, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, winning contracts, and driving business growth in the region.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO/COO and Operations team to execute a comprehensive business strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, mapping industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
A strong client base pipeline will be crucial for immediate results and sustained growth. You will develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Diploma/Degree in Catering and Hotel Management. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
With at least 10-15 years of proven experience in business development and sales, including a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role.
Specifically, experience in catering companies, banquet sales in hotels, facility management or outsourced B2B services would be ideal.
