Business Development Manager Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mapping the market, winning contracts, and growing the business in the region.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership and operations teams to execute a comprehensive business growth strategy. This includes conducting market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Industrial Catering market.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Building a strong client base pipeline for short-term immediate results and sustained business growth will be crucial.

The Business Development Manager will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales growth, and track key performance indicators for data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Diploma/Degree in Catering and Hotel Management.

Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Specifically, at least 5 years of experience in Catering companies, Banquet Sales in Hotels, Facility Management, or outsourced B2B Services business would be ideal.
