Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the

Strategic Business Growth Executive:
**Responsibilities**:
Company Brand Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Catering Solutions'

presence in the institutional catering market.
- Independently conceive and execute initiatives for various locations, ensuring they align with

brand ethos and enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the institutional catering sector, adjusting

brand strategy and initiatives accordingly.

Business Proposal and Pitch Development:

- Craft compelling business proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients such as

corporations and schools, highlighting our value proposition as a full-fledged institutional

catering and employee cafeteria service provider.
- Design and prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for pitches, emphasising Catering

Solutions' unique selling propositions, including our capacity to cater for all quantities,

budgets, and cuisines.
- Collaborate with our culinary and operations teams to understand the feasibility and

profitability of proposed solutions, incorporating these insights into pitches and proposals.
- Follow up with potential client’s post-presentation to address any queries or concerns,

securing contracts and fostering long-term partnerships.

Project Acquisition and Management:

- Identify and establish contact with potential institutional clients, cultivating relationships for

new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with our

operational capacities.
- Monitor and manage client satisfaction throughout service delivery, ensuring a high retention

rate and continued satisfaction with our offerings.
- Evaluate each project's success based on predetermined KPIs, utilising insights for

continuous improvement and adaptation.

Strategic Partnership Building:

- Network with decision-makers within corporations and schools to build strategic

partnerships.
- Represent Catering Solutions at industry events and conferences, fostering valuable

connections within the institutional catering industry.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies,

and emerging opportunities within the institutional catering sector.
- Leverage market insights to inform strategies for menu development, marketing initiatives,

and sales approaches.
- Regularly report on market trends and competitor activity to senior management, proposing

strategic responses as necessary.

Team Leadership:

- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure strategic alignment on

operational objectives and initiatives.
- Lead and inspire team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align business strategies and achieve companywide objectives.
- Promote a company culture that encourages top performance, high morale, and a passion for

delivering exceptional catering experiences.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in Fand B industries.
- Experience in brand management and proposal preparation is highly desirable.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to secure new projects and partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective business strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software for proposal creation and data analysis.

3. Relationship Building:

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional networking skills to expand the company's reach and foster industry connections.

4. Result-Oriented:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets and objectives.
