We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities in the Industrial Catering market.
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in related fields such as catering, banquet sales, facility management, or outsourced B2B services.
">Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, developing and implementing business growth strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth through data-driven decision making.
">To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Diploma/Degree in Catering and Hotel Management. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is also preferred.
">As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our CEO/COO and Operations team to execute a comprehensive business growth strategy that drives revenue and sustainable growth.
