Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at UPS. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business by managing business relationships between UPS and designated Enterprise Accounts. You will execute business plans by meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals, leading service and sales activity across UPS's portfolio of products and services, and driving global business growth through solution development, customer-facing communications, contract development, value creation, and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contract compliance and renewal process to ensure elements of contracts are being followed and negotiated by both UPS and the customer.
  • Maintain and monitor customer information and account performance data for Freight, Package, and Forwarding and Distribution to track sales performance against sales objectives.
  • Utilize business information and analysis reporting tools to assess account performance analysis.
  • Monitor and track competitors to gain competitive intelligence to be used in engaging prospects and customers.
  • Build high-level customer relationships.
  • Identify key decision-makers within customer organizations to expand business opportunities across the enterprise portfolio.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies for retention, penetration, and acquisition of accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master's Degree or MBA will be a plus.
  • Possess at least 7-10 years of experience in a field sales role.
  • Candidate with strong experience background in life science and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry (or related) with extensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with healthcare regulations knowledge or healthcare service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO certification knowledge (especially ISO 13485:2003).
  • Proven track record of increasing sales against plan objectives in previous assignments.
  • Business-related travel will be required.
