Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories through direct touch sales to customers. This role controls the accounts directly, even if the business is booked through channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for booking business per the company's bookings policies and revenue recognition policy.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
- Understand the customer's business and how our products impact their business.
- Develop strong relationships and coaches in the accounts.
- Develop a pipeline of 4X quota and is constantly prospecting in new or existing accounts.
- Self-driven in prospects at multiple levels high and wide.
- Works collaboratively with Sales Engineers to ensure ongoing account technical support.
- Follows company strategy and direction.
- Substantial travel within the region and occasionally beyond is required.
Delivering Value:
- Making yourself aware of the NetScout products and services capabilities and in particular those specifically relating to your role.
- Deliver value of NetScout to the customers through leadership over customers and resellers.
- Closing deals to meet business objectives.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction towards NetScout products and requirements.
- Cooperating with other related functions in the company to achieve business objectives and customers' concerns.
- Reporting progress to management regularly or on demand.
- Cooperating with other members in the team and making efforts to establish working relationships within the team.
- Traveling to other countries according to the company's direction.
- Respecting the company's culture and policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree.
- 10 or more years of sales experience in Enterprise market with CyberSecurity (DDoS, Network Security Analytic) and/or Network/Application Performance Monitoring solutions area.
- Extensive direct touch in FSI/Gov/Enterprise Sales/BD experience in relevant vertical sectors.
- Work experiences as an Enterprise Account Manager with resellers or ISV/SI companies.
- Sales experience as Enterprise Account Manager with large Enterprise customers in Singapore.
- Good business sense.
- Understanding about their market and competitors' products.
- To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team.
- A positive attitude.
- Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
- Confidence in presenting to large groups of people.
- Initiative and enterprising.
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Demonstrating integrity and accountability.
- Ability to learn new solution products in a short-term period.
- Direct sales experience is preferred.
- Cultural familiarity with and experience in doing business within the Region is critical.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management skills, and multi-tasking skills.
