Senior Enterprise Account Manager, Asia

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining, renewing, and growing revenues in your portfolio of large enterprise customers in the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the Asia region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across large enterprise accounts, including Chief Sustainability Officers, Supply Chain, ESG, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
- Identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services into existing accounts, increasing yearly revenues.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for each account, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our solutions.
- Communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders through regular meetings and QBRs.
- Attend industry conferences, join relevant associations, and network with peers and connections to generate valuable business connections.
- Maintain accurate records and sales forecasting in our CRM, updating all relevant sales opportunities and data.
- You have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and account management, with a strong history of relationship management and revenue growth.
- You are a natural networker and relationship builder, with a proven ability to engage with key stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
- You have a high EQ, with self-awareness, motivation, empathy, and drive.
- You have at least 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales/account management, selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders across large enterprise accounts.
- Prior experience in selling solutions in Fashion Retailers/Apparel and Textile Manufacturers is highly desirable.
- At least 7+ years of Enterprise sales/account management experience selling complex solutions (SAAS, PaaS, DaaS) to multiple stakeholders across large Enterprise accounts.
- Prior experience in selling solutions in Fashion Retailers/Apparel and Textile Manufacturers is highly desirable.
- It would be highly advantageous to have some understanding of supply chain processes, ESG/Sustainability initiatives, and challenges OR experience in selling supply chain solutions into large enterprise accounts.
- A track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and growing up/cross-selling into accounts.
- Data-driven - able to understand and articulate how analysis and information can support client decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of MS Office solutions and SalesForce CRM.
- This role is customer-facing; you should be willing and able to travel to our customers, and international events/company meetings. (approximately 40%)
