About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining, renewing, and growing revenues in your portfolio of large enterprise customers, predominantly in the Apparel and Textile Manufacturing vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across large enterprise accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage and navigate complex sales processes across large, matrixed businesses
About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and account management, with a strong history of relationship building and revenue growth
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build trust
  • You are a data-driven professional, able to understand and articulate the value of our solutions to customers
  • You are a natural networker and relationship builder, with a proven record of engaging with key stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of Enterprise sales/account management experience selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders across large Enterprise accounts
  • Prior experience in selling solutions in Fashion Retailers/Apparel and Textile Manufacturers is highly desirable
  • A track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and growing up/cross-selling into accounts
  • Data-driven - able to understand and articulate how analysis and information can support client decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of MS Office solutions and SalesForce CRM
