Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories through direct touch sales to customers. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quota in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Understand customer's business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Travel extensively within the region and occasionally beyond to meet with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in Enterprise market with CyberSecurity and/or Network/Application Performance Monitoring solutions area.
- Extensive direct touch sales experience in FSI/Gov/Enterprise Sales/BD.
- Strong business sense, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn new solution products quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
