Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer digital transformation through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, and developers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- 10+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
