Spa Operations Manager Job Description

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Spa Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring seamless and luxurious experiences for our guests.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote Guest Satisfaction:
  • Provide personalized service by addressing guests by name and interacting with them on a professional and personalized level.
  • The Spa Operations Manager will also be responsible for promoting guests' satisfaction and strengthening and promoting service excellence.
  • Ensure efficient operations by accurately reporting all guests' bookings for Spa services in accordance with departmental procedures and ensuring the security and safety of all Spa areas and facilities.

 

Key Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity and in an establishment of a similar standing is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa operations, spa management, treatments, and other related aspects is essential.
