Job Title

A Luxury Spa Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end spa and fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures guests receive professional and friendly service, providing personalized tours of the spa facilities and services.
  • Handles guest requests and complaints, providing valuable insights to management to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Builds strong relationships with guests, addressing their queries and delivering an excellent service standard.
  • Provides consultations as needed, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Ensures all guests receive attentive care and attention, fulfilling their benefits and privileges within the spa.
  • Collaborates closely with executives and associates to promote packages and retail products, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Works collaboratively with other hotel teams to offer exclusive spa discounts and introduce visitors to the spa experience.
  • Oversees and maintains the Level 5 Lifestyle floor, encompassing the gym, pool, and spa, to provide a comprehensive lifestyle package and services to the public and guests.
  • Supervises daily operations of the spa, pool, and gym, including rostering, cleanliness, and maintenance of the Lifestyle floor.
  • Coordinates workshops and events associated with the hotel, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring good working conditions and adhering to hygiene standards, fire, and safety regulations.
  • Monitors operational budgets, controlling costs and sales commissions while maintaining high standards of professionalism among staff when handling guests.

This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and human relations abilities, and a high level of flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum diploma in Hospitality Management, preferably in Spa Management, along with relevant certifications and at least 2 years of experience in similar roles or 5 years in Spa Management.
