Job Overview

The Spa Management position is responsible for leading the team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction, financial success, and operational excellence in a luxurious spa environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive treatment bookings and yield management by effectively leading the Spa team.
  • Maintain high standards and quality control through adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Establish professional relationships with vendors and increase product inventory levels.
  • Direct operations of the facility, implementing strategic planning to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement a 12-month marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, promoting customized Spa programs to conference groups and meeting planners.
  • Fiscal budgeting and analysis, including preparation of annual budgets for departments within the facility.
  • Approve payroll hours, service charges/gratuities, and review expenditures to ensure they are kept within operating budgets.
  • Manage the Spa team, recruiting, training, developing, and motivating members to achieve excellent performance.
  • Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals, adhering to safety practices throughout the Spa.
