Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and training a team of 30 staff members
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Monitoring inventory, supplies, and procurement to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management position within the luxury or wellness sector
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Prior spa management experience is highly desirable
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Gross monthly salary of SGD $6500 to $8000+
  • Annual leave of 10 days + 1 day per additional year of service (cap at 14 days)
Others

This is a full-time position requiring 5 days, 44 hours a week. Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are preferred due to quota limitations.
