**Job Position**:
Spa Managing Director

**Salary**:$8,000 SGD - $10,000 SGD

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for the spa.
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for treatments, services, and overall guest experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to ensure the spa remains competitive and ahead of the curve.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on spa performance, financial, and key metrics to the executive team.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Director, or similar leadership role in a high-end spa environment.
- Experience in relevant industry (beauty, spa) is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of spa operations, including treatment protocols, product knowledge, and facility management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Familiarity with spa equipment and technology systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
