About the Role Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, the Director of Spa & Wellness oversees daily operations of Spa, Fitness, Pool, and other health and wellness activities. Reports to the Hotel Manager. Key Responsibilities include: Maintaining high standards of treatment, service, and customer satisfaction. Recruiting, training, developing, and motivating staff. Setting and managing the department budget and marketing strategies. Monitoring treatment room utilization and staff schedules. Designing goals and incentive programs for staff. Conducting market research and managing inventory. Ensuring maintenance and cleanliness of facilities. Candidate Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel chain. Experience in creating spa treatment protocols and menus. Knowledge of massage, skincare, and retail products. Excellent customer service and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player with industry knowledge.
