  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all spa treatments and services to recommend the best options to guests.">
  • Ensure all spa tools, equipment, and treatment areas are clean, well-stocked, and in excellent condition.">
  • Actively participate in spa team meetings to share feedback and ideas for improving guest experiences.">

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.">
  • Certification in massage therapy, body treatments, and other spa services, specializing in Tui Na is a plus.">
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalized, high-end guest experience.">
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.">
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.">
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing.">
  • Basic level computer skills.">
