Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Luxury Spa Professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing treatment appointments, and promoting spa packages and products.

  • Handle phone and email queries from clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage treatment appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient delivery of services
  • Consult with customers before and after treatments to ensure their needs are met
  • Upsell spa packages and products to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to company guidelines
  • Assume responsibility for daily operations in the absence of the Spa Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:

  • Basic computer literacy skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the spa industry
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in the beauty or spa industry is highly advantageous
