Job Title: Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and providing personalized service to our guests.

About the Role:

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing full spectrum of spa treatments including body massages, body treatments, body wraps etc. in a luxury setting.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the premise, including housekeeping matters such as replacing soiled linen and other related duties.
  • Driving guest experience by ensuring treatment rooms adhere to brand standards in terms of temperature, ambience etc.

Requirements:

  • A recognized professional certification (e.g WSQ Certificate in Spa Services, CIBTAC Diploma in Spa Therapy, relevant NITEC courses) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Experience in a similar capability, and in an establishment of a similar standing is necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa operations, spa management, treatments and other related aspects is expected.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential.
