Spa Experience Specialist

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • We are seeking highly skilled spa professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences in luxury settings.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the spa premises, and driving guest satisfaction through effective product supply management and adherence to brand standards.

Job Description:

  • Deliver a full spectrum of spa treatments, including body massages, body treatments, and body wraps, using high-quality products and techniques to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the spa premises, including housekeeping matters such as replacing soiled linen and other related duties.
  • Drive guest experience by maintaining adequate product supplies and ensuring treatment rooms adhere to brand standards in terms of temperature and ambiance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognized professional certification in spa services or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar capability, preferably in an establishment with a similar standing.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa operations, spa management, treatments, and other related aspects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
