We are seeking a seasoned Communications Specialist to spearhead change management initiatives and drive digital transformation efforts. This role requires an individual who can develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance stakeholders' understanding of organizational changes.
  • Design and maintain content calendars for change-related communications, utilizing various channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating open dialogue and gathering feedback to refine communication strategies.
  • Develop and track communication effectiveness metrics across different channels, informing data-driven decisions to optimize campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or a related field, accompanied by at least 8 years of experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of communication channels and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage and drive communications campaigns.
  • Ability to design visual materials and produce simple videos.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
