Project Lead for Digital Transformation
Description:
As a seasoned project lead, you will spearhead the strategy, planning and delivery of our digital transformation initiative. This high-profile role demands close collaboration with vendors, ecosystem stakeholders and senior management to reshape the conveyancing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to analyze and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Work in tandem with IT teams and vendors to guarantee accurate translation and interpretation of user requirements, upholding quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate change management for ecosystem stakeholders, minimizing negative impacts while maximizing the benefits of industry transformation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical and/or business analyst roles.
- Background in product management or business analysis or change management.
- Strong team player with self-motivation, proactivity and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Disciplined, focused individual capable of working independently when necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to deliver results through close collaboration and partnership with external and internal parties.
- Quick learner, willing to acquire new knowledge in conveyancing processes, IT systems and digitalization.
- Diploma or degree in relevant disciplines.
- Experience with agile development process preferred.
- Understanding of Singapore conveyancing process preferred.
