Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of water polo competitions.

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
  • Administer the registration process for all Water Polo events, programs, and projects.
  • Cordinate with internal staff, venue management, vendors, and others to establish the requirements and serve as liaison to various stakeholders throughout the planning process for all water polo events and programs.

A successful candidate will have a strong passion for sports, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor expenses and ensure compliance (audit governance) with policies of the Association and Sports Singapore.
  2. Plan, organize, and coordinate water polo leagues and competitions.
  3. Manage all aspects of event planning, meeting deadlines and budget demands, including pre-event preparations and post-event closing activities.

This role requires a dynamic and mature individual with a strong understanding of water polo rules, excellent interpersonal communications and writing skills, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet agreed schedules/deadlines.
