Corporate Banking Relationship Manager for Chinese Large Corporations

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team and manage relationships with key clients, providing customized corporate banking solutions and driving business growth across various products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese large corporate clients, delivering trade finance, corporate loans, and cash management solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services, enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Develop and present detailed credit proposals and financial assessments in Mandarin and English, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Monitor and manage a portfolio of credits, applying sound risk management practices and minimizing potential losses.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (credit, compliance, operations) to structure deals that meet client objectives.
Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities impacting Chinese large corporates.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager or similar, with a focus on handling Chinese large corporates.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including trade finance, loan syndication, cash management, and cross-border financing.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential, both written and spoken, as you will need to prepare credit papers and communicate effectively with clients.
A proven track record in managing credit portfolios, assessing financials, and preparing in-depth financial analyses.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
