  • Managing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Developing and implementing menu plans to meet business needs

  • Training and demonstrating cooking techniques and equipment usage to team members

Requirements for this role include:

  • Good culinary skills with a sound working knowledge of all kitchen workstations
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar capacity with a reputable organization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for food and culinary arts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
