Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Cuisine to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the culinary team to achieve exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement innovative menus and culinary concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and labor productivity to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales and food cost data to inform business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role in a 4-5 star hotel or quality restaurant.
- Proven track record of success in leading culinary teams and driving business results.
- Strong knowledge of culinary operations, including menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage.
