We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Client Development Manager to join our team at time:matters (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead client development efforts across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Identification and Relationship Building: Identify new target customers within relevant industries and markets, working closely with regional sales units to develop effective strategies for expansion.
  • Customer Insights and Solutions: Collect industry-specific customer requirements to enhance transport solutions, creating tailored offerings for existing and strategic accounts.
  • Business Development and Growth: Expand business relationships within existing customer associations, participating in marketing and customer events to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent the company at customer visits, conferences, exhibitions, and other events, showcasing our expertise and services.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, preferably in the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape and cultural nuances across various APAC markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean)
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • A valid work permit and residence permit
