About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our team at Just Global. As a key member of our Client Services portfolio, you will play a central role in driving commercial growth within our business units and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive client growth strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with our Director, Client Services, to ensure seamless day-to-day management of client relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally and develop their skills.
- Work across all integrated service offerings to provide clients with exceptional results-driven campaigns.
- Analyze industry trends and share knowledge with the team to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure accurate revenue projections for clients based on ongoing and planned projects, client timelines, and budgets.
- Manage financial health of client projects to deliver healthy margins.
- Provide real-time client insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of client management/sales experience within agencies and/or digital B2B marketing environments.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles, including creative, media activation, and strategy.
