As a key member of the GOSOURCE PTE. LTD. team, the Strategic Sales Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Growth Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and qualify prospective clients, develop targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers, and foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring alignment with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Talent Management and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Sales and Business Development Experience: A proven track record of driving sales growth and business development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, communicating effectively and persuasively to drive business outcomes.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
