Strategic Client Development Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Associate Relationship Manager, Priority Clients to join our team at STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- To conduct thorough financial analyses and develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- To foster long-term relationships through regular market updates, trend analysis, and personalized service.
- In collaboration with our senior stakeholders, to create and execute strategic plans that drive new business growth and customer acquisition.
- To participate in marketing initiatives, source new leads, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- To maintain anti-attrition and retention strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To deliver engaging sales presentations to various groups, including companies, associations, and organizations.
- To solicit referrals from within the bank and other industry professionals.
- To comply with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering procedures and reporting suspicious activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in relationship management and retail banking, preferably with certifications such as RNF & CMFAS.
- Excellent technical knowledge of consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds, and Insurance.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A base salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
