We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support the growth and development of our organization. Our ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with a proven track record of implementing strategic HR projects and operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building effective relationships across all levels of the organization, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and development. They will also develop and inspire internal HR capabilities, lead organizational development and transformation efforts, and drive annual performance and compensation reviews.

In addition, they will lead in workforce and talent succession planning with senior business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and experience in driving organization development efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships across all levels of the organization, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
  • Develop and inspire internal HR capabilities.
  • Lead organizational development and transformation efforts, including change management and team building.
  • Drive annual performance and compensation reviews.
  • Lead in workforce and talent succession planning with senior business leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
  • Proven success in implementing strategic HR projects and operations.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in driving organization development efforts.
