
Leader, Digital HR Transformation

This role is responsible for shaping, designing, and executing HR digital transformation solutions for one or more HR functions for service delivery and corporate services in line with strategic plans and vision. In addition, this role will be responsible for the establishment of a service delivery led engagement and partnership model for the HR digital team spanning Global Services (GS) and GSHR ecosystems by leveraging GS and Enterprise digital and technology capabilities.
The role will be accountable to drive the program governance to ensure successful deployment, adoption and value realization of digital transformation solutions for the HR function. The role will report to the Head, Global Digital HR Transformation.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Design/re-Engineer business processes that are simple, frictionless and automated using digital, data and automation capabilities.
- Lead and design digital transformation solutions that integrates People, Process, Technology (PPT) touchpoints to deliver seamless and user-friendly end to end (E2E) experiences.
- Model holistic and multi-dimensional digital HR transformation using PPT framework
- Employ data points to review, analyze, assess and evaluate business opportunities that will result in value delivery in GSHR E2E experiences
- Define business requirements & identify key players across process & technology owners to design the future state
- Identify PPT integration points to finalize E2E business process architecture for delivering seamless experience
- Establish program governance to assess, prioritize, build, and deploy business solutions for run state adoption and value realization of HR integrated digital roadmap

**Internal and External partnerships**
- Build strong partnership and collaboration within the service delivery and HR functions
- Establish partnership with internal and external digital partners to keep abreast of the future capabilities to realize the vision of the HR integrated digital roadmap
- Stay abreast of evolving business needs - voice of the customer, external benchmarks
- Represent digital team in the program/project core teams for GSHR priorities
- Partner with change, portfolio, and program managers through the transformation life cycle
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience required in process design/re-engineering for transformative HR digital solutions
- HR domain experience with deep knowledge in one, or more, of the specific areas of expertise: learning and development, total rewards, workforce data management, talent acquisition, employee relations
- Demonstrable experience designing end to end solutions leveraging HR platforms, data and IA capabilities is required
- Demonstrable design experience to integrate policy, process, technology to design global solutions with regional nuances in compliance with statutory and legal requirements
- Demonstrable project governance experience using agile project management methodology
- Familiar with one or more of the following digital platforms: Workday, Taleo, Cornerstone, Salesforce
- Expertise leveraging analytics for problem identification and problem solving
- Financial acumen to build business/value case for solutions
- Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Strong decision-making, prioritization, influencing, negotiation, and consultative skills
- Delivered strong results through collaboration in a distributed delivery environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ability to create collateral and presentation skills to speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audience
For U.S applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
