HR Data and Digital Transformation Specialist

- As a Senior Specialist in HR Data and Digital at NTT DATA, your primary focus will be on innovating HR platforms and data constructs within the HR function. Working closely with HR, IT, and finance teams, you will ensure alignment and collaboration to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.Your responsibilities will include conducting regular data integrity reviews, testing system changes, writing reports, and analyzing data flows. You will be responsible for extracting and collating data, writing and maintaining reports using appropriate tools, and providing proactive support for HR platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Phenom People.Additionally, you will participate in major release reviews and integration testing, maintain HRIS procedures and documentation, and manage HR data and digital projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. You will also champion the adoption of HR processes and systems by leading proof-of-concept projects and supporting the development of practical use cases.To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR data management principles, data analytics concepts, data governance, and privacy regulations. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data analytics platforms is essential for deriving valuable insights from HR data. Your ability to create informative data visualizations and HR data dashboards, coupled with effective problem-solving skills, will be crucial in addressing data-related issues.Furthermore, you should possess excellent communication skills to convey HR data insights and digital strategies to stakeholders. Your adaptability to changing HR data requirements, willingness to learn, and collaborative nature will be key assets in working effectively in a fast-paced environment.In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required, along with certifications such as Workday Success Factors, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional.
