Transform Your Career as a Strategic HR Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the transformation of our HR function, driving business growth and enhancing the employee experience. We are seeking an experienced and strategic AVP in the HR Transformation Office to design and implement relevant initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR strategy, operating model design, and project management. They will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing HR transformation initiatives that drive business outcomes;
  • Conducting research and leveraging insights to inform decision-making;
  • Leading or being part of agile squads to deliver HR transformation initiatives;
  • Program management to align and deliver defined goals and outcomes;
  • Developing insightful presentations derived from data and trends.
Requirements for Success
  • Experienced and passionate in HR strategy, change management, and digital HR;
  • Proven track record in at least two of the following domains: change management, operating model, and project management;
  • Analytical, creative, and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges;
  • Effective communicator, courageous to drive results, and empathetic to employees;
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
