Digital Transformation HR Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and be able to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions across modules like Employee Central (EC), Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and others.
  • Translate business requirements into innovative solutions, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization's HR strategy and enterprise architecture.
Project Leadership:
  • Lead and guide project teams through all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems, payroll, and core ERP solutions.
  • Manage risk, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on HR digital transformation initiatives.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct solution reviews to ensure the architecture aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and scalability needs.
  • Drive end-to-end testing, data migration validation, and performance optimization.
Thought Leadership:
  • Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants and team members.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.
