Requirements
  • Degree qualified professional with a proven track record in HR generalist leadership roles partnering senior C-suite leaders in high-performing companies.
  • Experience in post-merger HR integration and outsourcing of offshoring HR operations.
  • Deep HR domain expertise across policies, employee lifecycle management, governance, and delivering solutions for white- and blue-collar workers.
  • Execution-focused individual comfortable with both strategic leadership and day-to-day delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
