  • Key Responsibilities
  • As a key member of the Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner will execute HR initiatives and closely interact with business leaders to ensure workforce planning and talent strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • The HR Business Partner will drive change management efforts and support organizational design efforts as the organization expands and accelerates its digital plans.
  • Ideal Profile
  • A seasoned HR professional with at least 12-15 years of experience and a strong track record in strategic business partnering is ideal for this role.
  • Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments is highly desirable, but candidates from diverse industry backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives and combine best practices are also considered.
