Job Description

As a key member of the Digitas team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications. Working closely with the CRM team, you will be responsible for managing monthly newsletters, ensuring the timely deployment of marketing and transactional emails.

The role requires you to work closely with clients to manage their email campaigns, creating, testing, scheduling, and deployment of all customer email campaigns using the Oracle Responsys platform. You will track the monthly performance of emails and communicate their performance to the team. Additionally, you will develop programs to identify the optimal deployment times for emails, segment the email database to identify and target active, lapsed, and dormant users with specific campaigns, and manage the delivery of tactical lifecycle email campaigns.

This role also includes managing mid-level client relationships on a day-to-day basis, as well as the internal teams (strategy, creative, technology, data, and operations) to ensure the highest-level performance and growth. The role requires the candidate to be a digital native, commercially inclined, organized, meticulous, collaborative, with a confident and persuasive approach to facilitate client and internal team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, understanding the key products and services Digitas can provide and assist the Account Lead/Director in putting together marketing strategies, budgets, and project/product proposals.
  • Manage and grow internal teams of line reports, including Senior Account Executive/Interns, if applicable.
  • Assist the Account Lead/Director in the coordination of internal/client meetings and key presentations.
  • Help clients and internal teams prioritize projects.
  • Manage internal teams to deliver end-to-end projects and campaigns on time, budget, and quality.
  • Help to motivate and keep teams focused on brand ambition and project/campaign deliverables.
  • Manage process and tools between agency and clients.
  • Be a constant learner in digital and innovation spaces, including but not limited to CRM, data, and website.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Min 3 years of digital/CRM/account management experience.
  • Proven experience working with CRM/email marketing automation ESP platforms and/or campaign management.
  • An analytical and process-oriented mindset and attention to detail with experience in working with databases, data analysis, and segmentation.
  • Excellent client management skills - liaise with multiple clients on an ongoing basis, being an ambassador to their brand as well as to Digitas. Understanding client's day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfill these briefs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Experience with CX platforms (Adobe/Oracle/MS/Sitecore/SFMC etc) is not mandatory, but a plus.
