Senior Manager Sales

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager Sales. As a Sales Strategy & Planning Senior Manager, you will lead Customer-Channel inputs and requirements to the assigned APAC Segment team. You will partner with the Segment and Local Markets to develop and execute Category-Channel strategies and Go-to-Market action plans to accelerate profitable sales and market share growth in APAC.
The role requires strong prior experience in customer management, negotiation, business analytics, and/or customer marketing. You should have a deep understanding of key business drivers and be able to create high-payout category plans by integrating customer, shopper, financial, and marketplace data.
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of Category-Channel strategies and Go-to-Market action plans to accelerate profitable sales and market share growth in APAC
- Partner with Segment and Local Markets to deliver Category-Channel Strategy and Go-to-Market toolkits covering Multi-Channel Paths to Purchase, Channel Segmentation, Investment Sufficiency & Prioritization, GP and Portfolio laddering, Presence & Prominence objectives and Perfect Store execution guidelines
- Drive right Customer inputs into Segment plans and deliver shopper & retail execution toolkits as part of product innovation launches
- Develop and deliver Perfect Store guidelines for the respective category from ranging recommendation, driving the right high GP mix of codes, planograming & merchandising guidelines
