Senior Sales Manager (SEA / Apparel & Accessories)

Our Client in the FMCG industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager (SEA / Apparel & Accessories).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall operation and management of retail channels in the Southeast Asian market, both online and offline
  • Develop channel strategies, optimize sales performance, and increase market share.
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies, and drive business growth in Southeast Asian market trends.
  • Achieve sales targets, monitor sales data, and optimize supply chain and inventory management.
  • Build a team, improve team performance, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and optimize both online and offline shopping experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of Sales and Business Development experience within Apparel & Accessories industry
  • Familiar with the Southeast Asian market and experienced in both online and offline channel management.
  • Proficient in e-commerce operations, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent strategic planning and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in devising effective digital campaigns and identifying target audiences.
  • Proven ability to confidently pitch and present ideas to stakeholders
