Synopsis

We are seeking an organized and entrepreneurial professional to fill the position of Conference Producer.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a compelling value proposition for attendees and sponsors by identifying their needs and creating engaging experiences.
  • Create conference programs that provide value to delegates and sponsors through strategic planning and content creation.
  • Form a program advisory board to research industry trends and challenges, ensuring the conference stays relevant and informative.
  • Draft conference programs to cover current issues and future challenges, keeping the content fresh and exciting.
  • Recruit speakers and introduce new formats to promote interactivity and engagement among attendees.
  • Develop new features to inject exciting experiences and keep the conference fresh and innovative.
  • Identify and create new revenue streams in partnership with the marketing team, driving growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Digital savvy and ability to execute new ideas.
  • Confidence in handling clients and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to innovate, take calculated risks, and think outside the box.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a dynamic and client-facing role.
